Hi, I'm Michelle and I've been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, practicing evidence and science-based nutrition since 2000.
My passion is helping people find simple ways to fit healthy habits into their everyday life. I offer compassionate care, to help clients to discover what motivates them to make realistic, long-term changes. I promise I'm not the “food police.” Instead, I believe in balance, enjoying food, and building a positive relationship with both food and body.
My experience includes supporting people with healthy lifestyle changes, weight management, sports nutrition, heart health, diabetes, and even teaching other health professionals around the country. No matter the goal, I focus on helping each person find a stress-free, balanced approach to eating. I am dedicated to supporting my clients as they build on their successes and create a healthier lifestyle—one step at a time.
