Most of my clients pay nothing out of pocket to work with me because I am a registered dietitian nutritionist, and in-network with most major health insurance companies!
I am an in-network provider with:
Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem
Harvard Pilgrim
Cigna
United Health Care
Aetna
Health Plans
Before you schedule your appointment, make sure you fully understand your health insurance benefits with your insurance company. It is your responsibility to know what your nutrition counseling policy covers so you don't get any surprise bills.
Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to find out if your nutrition visit will be covered by your insurance, PRIOR to scheduling your first appointment.
Please ask your doctor's office to fax referrals/MD orders to: (603) 704-3347.
Expect down-to-earth, conversational appointments, in which I get to know you and your story. That way we can work together to setup healthy nutrition and lifestyle strategies that will work in your life.
Some insurance plans require a referral to cover the cost your nutrition visit. Your physician can use this referral/order form if it makes it easier on their office staff. For help checking your insurance coverage and requirements, click here to access my guide to verifying your insurance benefits.
Although not all health insurance plans require a referral, they are incredibly helpful, especially if we are billing your insurance. They help make sure I have the important relevant medical information I need to accurately bill your insurance and best support your health.
Please ask your primary care provider to fax a referral or this order form to my office: (603) 704-3347) at least 48 business hours before your first visit.
Initial appointments (60-90 minutes): We'll discuss your medical and nutrition history in detail as well as your goals. Most of this time includes hearing from you, to get a clear understanding of where you're coming from. By the end of the first appointment, you will leave with at least a couple first steps to start working on to get closer to your goals.
Follow up appointments (45-60 minutes): We'll review how your plans and goals have been going since your last appointment - what's working well and what feels harder. Together, we'll fine-tune your plan so it fits your life, feels realistic, and can last. We'll build on your progress, adding in nutrition tips that make sense for you, and help you feel more confident and supported as you keep moving forward toward your goals.
Yes! In addition to in-person visits, I offer telehealth appointments.
Please note:
Because I'm licensed in New Hampshire you must be in New Hampshire at the time of our appointment.
Most insurances cover telehealth services, but some plans may charge a cost-share to use this service. Please call your insurance company to confirm your telehealth coverage PRIOR to scheduling your telehalth visit. Click here if you need help checking your insurance.
Yes- I understand life happens and plans change. Please notify me of any appointment changes at least 48 hours before your visit to avoid a $75 fee for short-notice cancellations or missed appointments.

Initial nutrition appointments (up to 90 minutes): $150
Follow up nutrition appointments (up to 60 minutes): $100
Payments are due at the time of the visit, and can be made by credit card, apple pay, google pay, FSA or HSA card.
Metabolism testing (add-on to nutrition counseling appointment): $75
Metabolism testing only visit with results review (up to 45 minutes): $150
Payments are due at the time of the visit, and can be made by credit card, apple pay, google pay, FSA and HSA cards.
If you are running late for an appointment please call or text: (603) 573-9658.
